This notice concerns the private portfolio tool operated by Ayberk Kolcu, narutoopenclaw@gmail.com. It accompanies the privacy notice. It describes the selected service, not permission for every AI provider available in the software.
Text-quality assessment: OpenAI through the operator's subscription
When the operator submits portfolio content to the quality gate, the selected route sends the proposed per-channel text, brief/source claims, persona name/language/content niche and style/quality instructions to OpenAI through an authenticated Codex CLI using the operator's ChatGPT subscription. The selected model is recorded in the operation's model and usage evidence; a product label or a subscription alone is not proof that an assessment completed.
The command runs locally, but inference is provided by OpenAI. This is not an offline model. The quality command has no browser or tool execution access and does not resume an unrelated conversation. This route does not upload the video file, audio or thumbnail, or fetch Google OAuth credentials, comments or analytics. Inputs must contain only the operator's authorized portfolio text. Do not copy Google API data, secrets or unrelated personal data into a brief or persona.
OpenAI processes submitted text according to the applicable account terms, privacy policy and data controls. The operator must review those account settings before sharing sensitive material. No promise of zero retention, a specific processing country or exclusion from model improvement is made here.
Speech and media preparation
Separately authorized narration preparation sends the selected narration text to fal.ai/ElevenLabs. Speech checking sends the selected audio for transcription to fal.ai/ElevenLabs. These are separate operations with their own authorization, cost limits and evidence; acceptance of this notice does not initiate them. Existing approved narration may be imported without generating it again. A transcript comparison does not mean a human listened to or approved the voice.
Results, retention and control
The application records the validated assessment and operation evidence needed for review and accounting, including model/request identity and reported usage. Temporary local command files are removed after processing; that does not delete the provider's records. Provider retention follows the provider's applicable terms and account controls.
AI can make incorrect factual or style judgments. A passing quality result is not legal advice, copyright clearance or permission to publish. Normal media review, current document acceptance, exact recipient approval and publication-result checks remain required. Uncertain results must not be represented as completed assessments or silently retried as new work.
Accepting this document permits the described processing within the operator's existing scope. It does not approve additional spending, unrelated providers, new OAuth scopes, voice cloning or use of another person's likeness. The operator can stop further submissions and use the privacy contact for stored-data requests; stopping future requests does not undo completed third-party processing.
